Measure the circumference of your dominant hand (excluding thumb) at the widest point across the knuckles and the length across the middle finger.
How to Measure
A — Wrap a tape measure around your hand at the widest point (across the knuckles), excluding the thumb.
B — Measure from the wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger.
Fit Guidance
Narrow & average hands → choose the table size.
Wide hands → choose one size up.
