Shipping Overview
Good to know: Final shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. (No processing on weekends or public holidays.) Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking where supported by the carrier. After dispatch, you will receive:
- a tracking number
- a link to track your shipment
Please note that tracking updates may be delayed depending on the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Non-EU Countries)
For orders shipped outside the EU, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by TRACKMODE. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Notes
Delivery times are estimated ranges and may be affected by customs clearance, remote locations, weather conditions, or delays by local delivery partners.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping can only be arranged at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers
Germany: DHL Packstation delivery is supported.
Other regions: Availability depends on the local carrier.
