Right of Withdrawal & Returns
This policy distinguishes between the statutory EU right of withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day return policy (worldwide).
Returns Overview
Shipping & Return Costs
Returns are at the customer’s expense. If you use our return portal, the applicable return label fee will be deducted from your refund (Germany: €8.99, EU excluding Germany: €15.99, Switzerland & international: €21.99).

1. Statutory EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers within the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right (Step-by-step)
Step 1: Send an unequivocal withdrawal notice to info@trackmode.racing.
Step 2: Return the goods within 14 days after sending your withdrawal notice.
Step 3: We reimburse you according to the terms below after receiving the goods or proof of return.

Effects of Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method), within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Condition / Diminished Value
You may inspect the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Return (Worldwide)
How to Start a Return (Step-by-step)
Step 1: Start your return via the portal or contact us at info@trackmode.racing.
Step 2: Send the item back in original condition (see conditions below).
Step 3: After inspection, we refund the product value (label fees may be deducted if you used the portal).
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
Non-returnable / Exclusions
Returns may be rejected if items show:
- visible signs of wear,
- stains, odors (e.g., smoke/perfume) or pet hair,
- have been washed or tags removed,
- are not returned in original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs (Voluntary Return)
Returns are at the customer’s expense. If using our return portal, the label fees listed above will be deducted from the refund. You may alternatively arrange return shipping at your own expense.
Refund under Voluntary Return
Under the voluntary return policy, the product value will be refunded. Original outbound shipping costs are not refunded again.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@trackmode.racing (ideally with photos). In such cases, we will cover return shipping.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
5. Warranty
Statutory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.
